IOLTA Enrollment

The process of converting your account is simple, and once it is done no further time or effort on your part is required. Use the IOLTA enrollment form  and forward one copy to your financial institution and one copy to the Maine Bar Foundation at 40 Water Street, Hallowell, ME 04347. This is all you have to do. The Maine Bar Foundation and your financial institution will do the rest. The Maine Bar Foundation welcomes any questions your financial institution may have about implementing IOLTA.
